How does order processing works?

1. Please send your shoe size in euros, along with the style and a picture of the shoes, through our Facebook page. If the shoes are not listed on our website, we can help source them for you. 2. Once the shoes are in stock, we can send them out right away. However, if the shoes you mentioned are not in our inventory, you may choose to pre-order them. 3. After payment is completed, please send us the receipt, and we will provide QC pictures of your shoes within 1 to 3 days. 4. Lastly, we will ship your orders through LBC or J&T.

How do Pre-Orders work?

A downpayment of 50% is needed to secure orders that are not available on-hand. Processing days are 1-2 weeks depending on the factory and logistics.
